Jose Bueso is the COO, past president, and co-founder of Dynamic Automotive, which has five locations in Frederick County. Jose has 49 years of experience in the automotive industry and has been an ASE Master Certified Technician since 1982. Jose is a member of the AutoCare Associations Government Affairs Committee, president of the Mechanical Trades Foundation, Chair of Career and Technology Advisory Council, a member of Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, and past president of Carroll Creek Toastmasters. Jose also serves as a mentor in the Frederick Office of Economic Development’s Empower Mentor Program.
