In this episode, we meet Hannah King, the owner of Squadstyle Work & Wellness, Frederick’s first coworking space to prioritize personal development and make work-life balance accessible and convenient. With a semi-private gym, coworking space, wellness room, and outdoor area, Squadstyle invites remote workers, health enthusiasts, and personal trainers to explore their own definition of health and wellness. Originally from Germany, Hannah shares the inspiration behind starting Squadstyle — from her wellness journey to coming up with the idea for a work and wellness space in Frederick. Through the rollercoaster of emotions of starting the business, Hannah shares how she’s received nothing but love and support from Frederick’s businesses, friends, and the community.
